MAE Hysbysiadau Gwella Mangre pedwar lleoliad cludfwyd yn Aberystwyth wedi cael eu terfynu ar ôl iddynt gael eu monitro gan swyddogion o Dîm Diogelu’r Cyhoedd Cyngor Sir Ceredigion.
Cyflwynwyd Hysbysiadau Gwella Mangre yn ddiweddar i Domino’s Pizza, Hot Dumplings, Hollywood Pizza a Star Fried Chicken yn Aberystwyth oherwydd diffyg cydymffurfiaeth honedig â Rheoliadau Diogelu Iechyd (Cyfyngiadau Coronafeirws) (Rhif 4) (Cymru) 2020.
Mae’r hysbysiadau wedi cael eu terfynu ar ôl i waith monitro gadarnhau fod gorchuddion wyneb yn cael eu gwisgo gan aelodau’r staff wrth iddynt weithio yn yr ardal gyhoeddus neu o fewn pellter agos â staff eraill.
Gall lleoliadau nad ydynt yn cydymffurfio â’r Hysbysiad Gwella Mangre gael Hysbysiad Cau Mangre, Hysbysiad Cosb Benodedig o £1,000, neu’r ddau.

FOUR takeaway premises in Aberystwyth have had their Premises Improvement Notices terminated after being monitored by officers from Ceredigion County Council’s Public Protection Team.
Premises Improvement Notices were recently issued to Domino’s Pizza, Hot Dumplings, Hollywood Pizza and Star Fried Chicken in Aberystwyth due to alleged non-compliance with the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (No. 4) (Wales) Regulations 2020.
The notices have been terminated after monitoring confirmed that face coverings are being worn by staff members when working in the public areas or in close proximity to other staff.
Premises that fail to comply with a Premises Improvement Notice may be issued a Premises Closure Notice, Fixed Penalty Notice of £1,000, or both.
