Hysbysiad Gwella Mangre wedi’i gyflwyno i fusnes lletygarwch yng Ngheredigion / Premises Improvement notice served to hospitality business in Ceredigion

MAE gofyniad wedi cael ei gyflwyno i fusnes lletygarwch yn Llwyncelyn wneud gwelliannau i ddiogelu iechyd a llesiant y cyhoedd yn rhan o reoliadau’r coronafeirws.

Mae Hysbysiad Gwella Mangre wedi cael ei gyflwyno i Siop Fferm Moody Cow Farm Shop, Llwyncelyn, Aberaeron gan Swyddogion Diogelu’r Cyhoedd Cyngor Sir Ceredigion oherwydd diffyg cydymffurfiaeth â Rheoliadau Diogelu Iechyd (Cyfyngiadau Coronafeirws) (Rhif 4) (Cymru) 2020.

Yn rhan o’r Hysbysiad Gwella Mangre, mae’n rhaid sicrhau y cedwir pellter o 2 fetr rhwng pobl yn y fangre, darparu digon o wybodaeth i’r rhai sy’n mynd i mewn i’r safle ac yn gweithio arno ynghylch sut i leihau’r risg o ddod i gysylltiad â coronafeirws, cymryd camau rhesymol, gan gynnwys cyfyngu ar gyswllt wyneb yn wyneb agos, sicrhau bod gwybodaeth cyswllt cwsmeriaid yn gywir a chynnal hylendid, rheoli’r defnydd o gyfleusterau a rennir a darparu a sicrhau bod gorchuddion wyneb yn cael eu defnyddio gan bob un sy’n gweithio yn y mangre.

Bydd yn rhaid i’r mesurau hyn gael eu cyflwyno erbyn 15:00 ar 13 Rhagfyr 2020. Gellir dod o hyd i’r hysbysiad llawn ar wefan Cyngor Sir Ceredigion, o dan Hysbysiadau Gwelliant a Chau.

Mae gwybodaeth i fusnesau ar gael ar wefan y Cyngor o dan Cefnogi Economi Ceredigion.

Anogir unrhyw fusnes nad yw’n sicr o’i gyfrifoldebau i edrych ar wefan Llywodraeth Cymru.

A hospitality business in Llwyncelyn has been required to make improvements to safeguard the public’s health and well-being as part of the coronavirus regulations.

A Premises Improvement Notice has been served to The Moody Cow Farm Shop, Llwyncelyn, Aberaeron by Ceredigion County Council’s Public Protection Officers due to non-compliance with The Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (No. 4) (Wales) Regulations 2020

As part of the Premises Improvement Notice, the premises must ensure that a distance of 2 metres is maintained between people on the premises, provide sufficient information to those entering & working at the premises about how to minimise the risk of exposure to coronavirus, take reasonable measures, including limiting close face-to-face contact, ensure customer contact information is correct and maintain hygiene, control the use of shared facilities and providing and ensuring that face coverings are used by all those working on the premises.

These measures will need to be implemented by 15:00 on 13 December 2020. The full notice can be seen on the Council’s website under Improvement and Closure Notices.
