Mudiad Meithrin yn lawnsio cynllun prentisiaeth newydd/ Mudiad Meithrin launches new apprenticeship scheme

MAE Mudiad Meithrin yn hysbysebu cynllun prentisiaeth â chyflog, gyda’r nod o recriwtio unigolion Du, Asiaidd ac o Leiafrifoedd Ethnig i’n gweithlu. Bydd y cynllun prentisiaeth yn cynnig cyfle i unigolion ddatblygu yn broffesiynol mewn amrywiaeth o feysydd, ennill cymhwyster cydnabyddedig, yn ogystal â’r profiad o gyfrannu at waith arbenigol blynyddoedd cynnar a gofal cyfrwng Cymraeg y Mudiad.

Meddai Dr Gwenllian Lansdown Davies, Prif Weithredwr Mudiad Meithrin:

“Ers inni lawnsio ein Strategaeth Cydraddoldeb ac Amrywiaeth yn 2019, mae’r Mudiad wedi bod yn ystyried sut i unioni’r dangynrychiolaeth o unigolion Du, Asiaidd ac o Leiafrifoedd Ethnig yn ein gweithlu. Rydym wedi ystyried y camau y gallwn eu cymryd i geisio arwain at yr amrywiaeth ehangaf o bobl yn cael eu cyflogi ac yn arwain maes gofal plant, y blynyddoedd cynnar ac addysg Gymraeg yn y blynyddoedd i ddod.”

Mae cyfleoedd ar gael mewn sawl adran o’r Mudiad:

• Prentis Hyfforddiant Dysgu Digidol ‘Academi‘ – Adran Hyfforddiant, Diploma Lefel 3
• Prentis Cyfryngau Cymdeithasol – Adran Farchnata, Lefel 3
• Prentis Rheoli Prosiect (Cynorthwy-ydd Personol i’r Prif Weithredwr), Lefel 2- 4
• Prentis Gweinyddu a Busnes (Denu Grantiau) Lefel 2 neu 3.

Ychwanegodd Helen Williams, Pennaeth Tîm Hyfforddi, Dysgu a Datblygu’r Mudiad:

“Gobeithiwn, drwy’r cynllun prentisiaeth hwn, y gwelwn ni gychwyn ar newid diwylliannol sylweddol o fewn ein Mudiad, gan hefyd arwain y ffordd i ysgogi sefydliadau gofal plant a mudiadau Cymraeg eraill.”
